The lake is the point here. A private covered dock with a floating lift sits at the bottom of the yard, kayaks wait on the bank, and swings hang out over the water. Lake Hamilton shows up in every room of the house.
Inside, a stone fireplace and a wall of water views anchor the main floor, and the table seats ten with room for eight more at breakfast. Downstairs, the game room holds a pool table and a soda-fountain bar, with a walkout to the hot tub. Two firepits, one propane and one wood-burning, close out the night.

A ten-minute walk of about 700 steps puts you at Oaklawn. Bathhouse Row and Hot Springs National Park are a short drive, and a handful of good restaurants are closer than that. Park the car on Friday and mostly leave it there.
Five bedrooms means nobody draws the short straw: three king suites upstairs, two themed queen rooms down. The backyard is the room everyone ends up in, with a hot tub on the patio, a firepit under string lights, and a grill and pizza oven on the back deck, all of it fenced. Inside there's a game room, a reading nook, a waffle bar, and a dining table that seats twelve.

An acre-plus at the quiet southern end of Table Rock Lake, with room to park the boat and the trailer without thinking about it. Cricket Creek Marina is about five minutes out; Branson and Silver Dollar City are roughly thirty.
Two full porches — upper and lower — run the length of the house, with rockers and swings facing the lake and the bluffs. Out back sit a six-person barrel steam sauna and a hot tub, with a stone fire pit between them. Inside, the game room has an infinity table, foosball, and arcade classics, and all four bedrooms have their own bath.

Why book direct instead of Airbnb or Vrbo?
Booking direct removes the guest service fee the platforms add at checkout, and you deal with us rather than a call center. The calendar on this site is the same live calendar the platforms read from, so availability is always accurate.
Can we bring our dog?
Yes. All three homes welcome up to two pets. Pet details and any applicable fee show up during booking.
How does check-in work?
Every home has self check-in with a keypad code. Check-in is 4:00 PM, check-out is 10:00 AM. Your door code and arrival instructions arrive before your stay.
Can we book two homes for one group?
Often, yes. Breakaway on Lake Hamilton and Hot Springs Breakaway are about fifteen minutes apart, which works well for a wedding party or a reunion that outgrows one house. Message us and we'll check both calendars.
Are parties or events allowed?
No. These are homes in residential neighborhoods, and we keep them that way — no parties or events at any of the three.
